About Us

Hi, my name is David and I love skiing. I live near Laramie, Wyoming, and mostly I ski in the USA (Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Vermont), but I’ve even had the chance to ski at Hemsedal when I took a trip to Norway. You haven’t really skiied until you’ve skiied in Norway! I love fresh powder and moguls. The Snowbird runs in Salt Lake are some of my faves to ride. I just like them a lot that’s all.
I put this site together because I had a problem last season. I had done my normal routine of running and jogging during the offseason, and lifting weights too, so that I would be in shape. But, after my first run at Snowy Range, I was exhausted. My legs felt completely shot! I didn’t know what had happened because I never experienced that much pain before. First I thought “it’s just me”, but my buddies that I ski with said their legs were on fire too. So, we were all hurting!
I decided to looking for some ski exercise routines that would be easy to do, yet effective. I found a great program and started using it, and within just a couple of weeks, my legs were feeling strong again. So, enjoy what I found here. Maybe we’ll end up on the same mountain sometime!
