Who Am I?
Hi, my name is David and I love to ski fresh powder. My favorite places to ski are Colorado and Utah.
During the off season I try to keep in shape by running, jogging and pumping weights. But I still would ache and hurt after skiing just one run. Fortunately, I found some secret exercises that all skiers should be doing for powerful legs and injury reduction. It's an awesome program and I created this website to tell everyone about it!
