If I use a particular exercise every time, will I get stronger?
Hello! I work out my back twice a week! I always do three exercises to work out my back. I love to ski, where you pull the sled handles back while sitting down and it works out your back. However, I use the ski exercise as one of the three exercises every time I go to the gym. I always mix up the other two back exercises and change them up every time I work out my back at the gym.
I began ski-ing 120 pounds, and after a month, I still only rep-ed around 130 pounds. To me, this is a very small increase.
Is this because I am ski-ing every time I work out my back muscles?
But I always see people bench press on their chest days every time, and they still get bigger!

if you do the same exercise everytime you should get stronger on that exercise but not get stronger or bigger. cause your body is just adapting. if you constantly chaneg it up you will get bigger and stronger
Sometimes diet and working out simply is not the be-all and end-all, because there will be surplus weight simply lying around in your pipes. It is not body fat, therefore it can not be melted off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, simply by using a diet supplement. http://rds.yahoo.com/**http%3a//tegupt.freefatfree.info has a risk free offer available currently, I gave it a whirl and shed 17 pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!
