My skis stopped moving in powder, but I kept going and there is a small ache on the interior side of my knee. I still have five lift tickets for this season and I need the exercise. So, I should probably give my knee some support. Where did you buy your knee brace/support?

This exercise is really well from know ski instructors and efficient. It allow to improve your balance and your pivoting skills. It require a little bit of practice to get result. By getting a better balance, position and pivoting you will get better skills to perform your carving turns.

Improve your carving ski skills and turns by using your ankle and knees. Get use to put your ski on edge and keep your balance on as you direct them. This is an exercise , not a way to ski. And yes you are good if it look easy and you can do it eye close and I’m really happy for you. If you are smart enough you will use this video to do analyse and I will be happy to get constructive comment. But some how this video is made for people who use them to improve. Hi, I’m fifteen and I was wondering how to get exercise in the winter? There isn’t much to do where I live other than skiing and snowboarding, and I don’t like that sort of thing. I can’t jog, because it’s really, really icy and slippery. All I can think of to do is walk, which is fine, but I was wondering of there is anything else? Oh, and I’m also taking up yoga, and I was wondering if it’s considered exercise? Thanks!

I highly recommend it.Ok, so I just turned 18 within the last 3 weeks, I’m around 5′11” and I’m about 230 lbs. last time I checked, but the last time I checked my weight was in November/December, so really, I could weigh less cause I went skiing a least once a week this ski season. My obsession as of December of 2006 has been skiing, and I feel as though my weight is holding me back from being a better/faster skier, even though everyone I meet says I am a great skier for skiing for under 2 years. I really just want to know what would be the best thing to do to get into shape before the next ski season. I know I really should just work out more, but I don’t like working out alone, and I don’t really like working out in gym’s, because my type of exercise is actually doing something like playing soccer or some type of sport. I just need ideas, help, and suggestions on what I should do.

I’m a virgin alright and never even used a tampon in my life, but I heard it can break anyway from exercise- and I’ve been physically active my whole life. I love to walk, hike, swim and ski. I also horseback ride sometimes. I also heard that some women are born without them. I just hope my future hubby doesn’t think I’m not a virgin just because I don’t have one. I think a hymen is a very unfair and inaccurate way of determining virginity.
